Thank you for considering a vom Nobelle Haus as your next hunting companion. We do not have puppies on demand only breeding to either keep a puppy for ourselves or if a good hunting buddy wants one of our pups.  Doing so lets us evaluate a pairing of the breeding. My passion for this breed evolved some 40 plus years ago out of my love for upland hunting. Our experiences with our dog's are first hand knowledge of training, hunting and our dogs as family companions! The test to determine a dog worthy of our breeding is based on our assessment of a young dog in pursuit of grouse and woodcock in the North woods of Maine. The excitement of a pups first point is always thrilling however it is the consistency of several seasons of hunting that is our barometer of breeding.

Our pups are registered with the DKV, they will go home with the pups Ahnentafel,  microchipped, vaccinations and a heath certificate from our veterinarian. Our pups as governed by the German system go home at 8 weeks old. If you are interested in additional information please fill out the questionnaire which is found on this website. Once it is determined that a vom Nobellehaus is the pup for you and you are the right home for a pup we will then forward an agreement for you to sign and return.

We will do our best to match the desired color for puppy purchases, however we cannot guarantee certain colors will appear in a litter, therefore we will not accept an agreement based on color. The picking out of the puppy is done by the Breeder with input from the Buyer. We do our best to match a particular puppy’s personality to the type of dog a Buyer is looking for.

We are not fans of dropping off a puppy at an airport for shipment, therefore will not ship a
puppy, all pups will be picked up at our residence.

We are only to happy to help you in your journey helping you find that right puppy frequently recommending other quality breedings that we have first hand knowledge of.

The first step to reserving a puppy would be to fill out the questioner, (tab is on the website)
If you are not looking for a hunting companion  unfortunately it is our policy to only place our pups in hunting homes where the pups will become valued additions to the family.

As it is high importance to place a pup of ours in the right enviornment, once the questioner is recieved I will follow up with a phone call to answer any questions you may have for me as well as questions I may have for you.

For the past 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of hunting at Grants, located in beautiful Rangeley, Maine. What keeps me coming back year after year isn’t just the world-class grouse and woodcock hunting, but the exceptional experience provided by the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment you arrive, you're treated not as a client, but as part of the family. The guides at Grants have a true passion for upland bird hunting and a deep respect for the game and their dogs. Their expertise and dedication to the sport are unmatched, making every hunt memorable and rewarding. Whether you're an experienced hunter or new to the field, their knowledge and enthusiasm elevate the experience.
At Grants, you may arrive as strangers, but you leave with a sense of camaraderie and connection, eager to return. It’s more than just a hunting trip—it's a tradition I’ve cherished for two decades and look forward to continuing for many years to come..
